At GenzeeMall, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Earbuds, headphones, and other in-ear devices.
  • Screen protectors, opened cables, and chargers.

3. Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.

4. Return Process

  1. Email our support team at Genzeemallofficial@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos/videos of the product (if defective/damaged)
  2. Wait for our team’s confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges for the same model or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
