1. Return Period
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Earbuds, headphones, and other in-ear devices.
- Screen protectors, opened cables, and chargers.
3. Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product does not match the description provided on our website.
4. Return Process
- Email our support team at Genzeemallofficial@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos of the product (if defective/damaged)
- Wait for our team’s confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
- We offer product exchanges for the same model or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
